The merger of Turboatom and Electrotyazhmash will be completed in the near future

The Kharkiv Regional State Administration declares that the merger of Turboatom and Electrotyazhmash will be completed in the near future.

So, according to acting head of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Skakun, on October 21, the Prime Minister held a large meeting dedicated to the new Kharkiv concern “Ukrainian Energy Machines”, informs Railway Supply magazine.
Now the government has already resolved the issue with creditors, in particular with Energoatom. Also, the debt repayment schedules have already been written and approved.
The Regional State Administration said that the teams of both enterprises will retain their positions and salaries. In August the shareholders of Turboatom JSC announced their intention to approve the agreement on the merger of Electrotyazhmash JSC and the corresponding deed of transfer at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders on September 28.
In early October, the court blocked the accession of Electrotyazhmash to Turboatomk to secure a claim related to the entrepreneur Konstantin Grigorishin AMC Svarog Asset Management, which owns 15.341567% of Ukrenergomashiny JSC (Turboatom).
