Some experts believe that such a drop is not temporary at all and is a sign of market balancing. Recall that in September, a simplified customs clearance procedure was introduced for China-Europe freight trains.

Under the new procedure aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening supervision, the head of the freight train can provide the customs authority with the electronic data of the railway manifest before the train arrives at the port.
