April 26, the Russian occupation troops launched a missile attack on the Odessa region. The bridge across the Dniester Estuary was damaged.

Information was reported by the operational command “South”, informd the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to “Suspilne“.

It is noted that the circumstances and information about the victims are being specified.

At the same time, traffic on the bridge is blocked for safety reasons. Drivers are asked to choose alternative routes in advance.

“At about 13:30, the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky city council reported that the bridge from the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district towards Odessa was closed due to damage,” the publication noted.

According to the chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Alexander Kamyshin, there were no victims among the railway workers. According to him, the bridge was damaged as a result of a missile attack at 12:36.

Recall that on April 25, the enemy fired at five railway stations.
