Rail Cargo expands its capabilities on the TransFER intermodal network route, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The Austrian Rail Cargo Group has added the Fillach – Frosinone route to its TransFER intermodal network, initially operating once a month.

Weekly return trips between southern Austria and central Italy are expected to be introduced following the establishment of the route.

The transit time between rail terminals is one day.
