Passengers earn one loyalty point per rupee (₹) spent when purchasing tickets with the NCMC card. These points accumulate automatically in the user’s account, with each point valued at ₹0.10.
For instance, spending ₹100 on a ticket grants 100 points, equivalent to ₹10. Travelers can redeem their points at station ticket counters, reducing daily commuting costs effectively.

Beyond the NCMC card, a 10% discount applies to digital ticket purchases via the Namo Bharat mobile application. This effort supports a seamless, paperless system, promoting ease and sustainability in urban transportation.
Loyalty rewards further benefit frequent commuters by making each journey more economical and attractive. The initiative incentivizes regular train travel while ensuring cost-effective mobility for daily passengers.
New users downloading the Namo Bharat app receive an introductory bonus worth ₹50. These 500 points can be redeemed instantly, offering a direct financial benefit to first-time commuters.
Additionally, NCRTC introduces a referral program that benefits both referrers and new users. Each receives ₹50 (500 points) upon a successful referral, encouraging digital adoption and engagement.
Loyalty points remain valid for one year, motivating passengers to frequently use the app. This approach ensures long-term savings while fostering an efficient, technology-driven commuting experience.
With availability on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, the app simplifies access. Commuters benefit from a user-friendly interface designed to enhance digital ticketing adoption across all demographics.
