The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has published the financial plan of PJSC “Kyiv-Dneprovsk interbranch enterprise of industrial railway transport” (MPPZT)

In 2022, the company assumes an increase in the volume of transportation of construction materials and coal. At the same time, a reduction in the volume of grain transportation is expected. “This is due to the fact that the main carrier of grains, SP Nibulon LLC, has been transporting goods by its own locomotive since July 2020,” the explanatory note to the financial plan says.

In general, this year, the MPPZT intends to transport 22 million 46 thousand tons of cargo, which is more than in 2020 and 2021. The average profitable rate of transportation will increase to UAH 30.9. for 1 ton of cargo.

In 2022, the company planned to reduce the volume of provision of loading and unloading services to 386 thousand tons capacities served by the MPPZT.

At the same time, it is noted that the average income rate from the cargo loading and unloading service will increase. In 2022, it is planned at the level of UAH 27.2/t, which exceeds the figures for 2020 and 2021.

PJSC “Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT” carries out the transportation of goods for enterprises, organizations and institutions located throughout Ukraine.

Also, MPPZT provides other services related to the transportation of goods: shunting work with locomotives, provision of own wagons for use, settling of wagons, use of an access railway track, use of loading and unloading mechanisms, etc.

In the structure of goods transported by the company’s branches, 39% are building materials, 28% – coal, 9% – mineral fertilizers, 8% – grain, etc.

As previously reported, in October, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed the third head of PJSC “Kyiv-Dniprovske MPPZT” in the last 4 months.
