In February 2025, RVNL signed a ₹1.35 billion ($15.8 million) deal with Central Railway. The contract covers designing and launching a 132/55 kV traction substation for reliable power.
The company delivers equipment, constructs the substation, and conducts tests before commissioning. Thus, RVNL ensures network stability and accelerates project implementation.

Moreover, in March 2025, RVNL secured a ₹1.56 billion ($18.2 million) deal with South Western Railway. The contract targets the Rayadurga–Topavagada section and introduces the 2×25 kV system.
Specialists will design the project, supply equipment, and finish work in 18 months. This boosts transportation efficiency and strengthens the region’s railway network.
