Infrastructure Development and Logistics Potential of the Multimodal Terminal
A large-scale project to build a modern multimodal terminal has been launched in Małaszewicze. Container Terminal Mala, part of CLIP Group, is implementing the project in partnership with the Polish company TorKol.
The terminal will be located in the duty-free trade zone near Terespol, on a strategic section close to the Polish-Belarusian border. This location will strengthen its role in international freight transport.
Multimodal Terminal as a Key Transit Link
The project is designed to handle freight flows between China and Europe, including transshipment between the broad 1,520 mm gauge and the European standard 1,435 mm gauge. It will also enable efficient transfers between rail and road transport in both directions.
