The ministry wants to apply with a corresponding proposal to the EIB and the EBRD.

The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to apply to the European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with a proposal to cancel the tender procedure for the electrification of the Dolinskaya-Kolosovka section. The Ministry announced this on its Facebook page.
We are talking about the first phase of the electrification of the Dolinskaya – Nikolaev – Kolosovka section, reports Railway Supply magazine.
“The main reason is a number of identified procedural violations by Ukrzheldortrans, as well as a period of time both for submitting and evaluating tender proposals is too long. For 2 years of the procedure, there has been a significant update of the standard procurement documentation, as well as specific technical standards,” the message says.
The decision to cancel the procedure was supported on January 13 at a meeting of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters of Ukrzaliznytsia.
