About “Kyivguma”

LLC “Kyivguma” is an enterprise with over 90 years of history, producing more than 4000 product types made from various materials, including rubber, latex, PVC, TPE, and silicone. The company manufactures both molded products (tech sheets, rings, gaskets, products for domestic and industrial use) and non-molded items (seals, profiles, gaskets, membrane fabrics, etc.).

In addition, the “Kyivguma” product range includes a wide selection of tactical medicine products, personal protective equipment, sports and rehabilitation items, and baby care products. The company produces both serial products under its own trademarks and handles contract manufacturing, including custom product creation based on customer designs.

The production process pays special attention to quality, including developing the necessary rubber compound formulations to ensure all required characteristics such as hardness, strength, and frost resistance. Around 400 people are employed at the company, which operates four production workshops and 23 sections. There is also a dedicated tooling department for the rapid manufacturing of molds and dies based on designs created by our engineering department or customer drawings.

The company has the capacity to produce over 1000 tons of rubber compounds per month, up to 10,000 tons of rubber sheeting, 1000 tons of seals, 60,000 heating pads, and around 30 million pharmaceutical stoppers.

Additionally, the enterprise has a physical-chemical testing laboratory accredited according to international standards, and quality and safety management systems have been implemented, confirmed by TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2015 and TÜV Austria EN ISO 13485 certifications.
