Andrii Ostrohrud, the CEO of Kievguma LLC, awarded the winner of M.Kravets Prize with an honorary diploma and gift of money for her practical contribution into the development of Ukraine.

Kievguma has been supporting the perspective youth of Ukraine for more than twenty years. The money gift was established in 1995 for personal funds of Mykola Kravets, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and philanthropist for a National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy graduate for the actual contribution into the development of Ukraine. In 2005 Andrii Ostrohrud, continuing the legacy of Mykola Kravets, established Mykola Kravets Prize, informs the Railway Supply referring to the manufacturer.

“Mykola Kravets knew that recovery of strong and independent Ukraine was impossible without a strong scientific nucleus. Motivated youth is not the formal diploma projects gathering their dust in archives but real innovative projects which can change something. Thus, continuing the legacy of Mykola Kravets at Kievguma I have taken the decision to continue his philanthropy legacy as well. M.Kravets Prize is one of the most honourable and old awards of the new Kyiv Mohyla Academy. Irrespective of all the circumstances I have the privilege to present the prize on behalf of Kievguma for 26 years in succession.” – the CEO of Kievguma says.
