Kazakhstan has increased its railway container exports to China by 2.2 times

In January 2024, Kazakhstan and China transported 2.4 million tons by rail, which is 0.433 million tons or 22% more than the previous year, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
Kazakhstan has increased railway exports to China to 1 million tons. This is 0.3 million tons or 43% more than in January 2023.
At the same time, exports of iron ore increased by 19%, grain by 37%, ferrous metals by 100%, and non-ferrous metals by 120%.
