JetBlue Enhances Travel Flexibility With Brightline Integration

JetBlue operates flights to nine Florida cities, including Tampa, West Palm Beach, and Key West. Brightline currently serves six cities, offering fast rail connections and shuttle transfers to airports.

The companies designed this service to simplify journeys across Central and South Florida. Travelers visiting attractions like Walt Disney World or Hard Rock Stadium can now enjoy flexible itineraries through the combined booking platform.

Brightline’s trains offer a modern, airline-style experience. Travelers can access free Wi-Fi, USB charging at each seat, and ADA-compliant service. Food and beverage stations are also available onboard for added comfort.

JetBlue Offers Combined Air and Rail Bookings Across Florida

JetBlue passengers flying in Mint or core classes can book Brightline transfers. Premium train ticket holders receive lounge access, free snacks, drinks, and a $10 Uber voucher to complete their trip.

This collaboration also helps when flights face weather or staffing delays. JetBlue can reroute travelers using Brightline trains to keep them on schedule, minimizing disruption and downtime.

Air-rail partnerships like this remain rare in the U.S., but JetBlue follows European examples, such as Lufthansa with Deutsche Bahn and Air France with SNCF.

Together, JetBlue and Brightline are changing how Floridians and visitors move between cities. This launch marks a step toward integrated, flexible, and modern travel options throughout the state.
