On Friday, October 13th, Melitopol partisans detonated a train of occupiers, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

Ukrainian partisans exploded a train

“The partisans at 7:40 am, right under the noses of Russian military and FSB agents, exploded a train that daily transported ammunition and fuel from Crimea to Melitopol and Dniprorudne, while returning damaged equipment, loot in the form of iron ore, grain, and other property. As a result of the controlled explosion, 150 meters of the railway and the locomotive were damaged,” reports the Center of National Resistance.

It is also noted that later, Russian occupiers cordoned off the explosion site, attempted to cover up the sabotage and unsuccessfully searched for the partisans.

“This is already the tenth successful sabotage on the railway in 2023 carried out by partisans in the Zaporizhzhia region,” noted the Center of National Resistance.

As previously reported, tracks and a railway bridge were exploded on temporarily occupied territories.
