Hull Trains Implements Temporary Boarding Measures
To streamline movement, Hull Trains set up a designated queuing zone beside The Point Shop inside the main concourse. Ticket checks will occur at Platforms 6 and 7 before scheduled departures.
This applies to the 10:33 and 12:33 services on Friday and the 06:17, 08:18, 08:57, and 10:33 trains on Saturday. Without seat reservations, some travelers may have to stand.
Other rail passengers can still use the usual ticket barriers. Station staff will remain on hand throughout the day to provide directions and support as needed.
Hull Trains Prepares for Increased Fan Travel to London
Hull Trains has confirmed it intends to run all planned southbound morning and northbound evening services across the weekend. Any disruptions will trigger alternate travel arrangements to ensure continuity.
Passengers should arrive early, check departure details in advance, and follow queuing instructions on-site. The company encourages travelers to remain patient during peak hours.
This temporary setup aims to improve boarding efficiency and ensure a safer environment for everyone traveling to the final. With thousands expected, coordinated operations are essential.
