Florent Laurandel, Head of Ground and Onboard Services, said the team collaborated closely with the chefs to ensure each dish met both flavor and sustainability goals. Feedback from Premier customers played a key role in shaping the final menu.

A curated selection of organic wines accompanies the dishes, including Mas Granier Syrah, Domaine de La Dourbie Rosé, and Champagne Fleury Pinot Noir. Each option has been chosen to complement the new summer flavors.
