Both ministers explored linking Egypt’s Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCzone) with Oman’s Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZD). Proposed partnerships would also connect ports like Alexandria and Ain Sokhna with Duqm and Salalah.

Geographic advantages and strategic maritime routes form the foundation of this cooperation. Leaders stressed leveraging trade agreements and infrastructure development to strengthen bilateral relations.

The ministers emphasized closer ties between private sectors in both countries. They encouraged partnerships to stimulate economic growth through joint ventures in trade and technology.
