EGF Energy Invests in Gulf Inland Logistics Park Development
EGF Energy Partners LLC has secured a 13.1-acre rail-served site in Gulf Inland Logistics Park to build a terminal and manufacturing hub for lubricants and base oils.

With more than two decades of experience, EGF Energy produces high-performance lubricants for automotive, industrial, and drilling clients. The new project supports the firm’s growing footprint across Texas and beyond.
New Terminal at Gulf Inland Logistics Park Enhances Capacity
The first phase will feature a 20,000-square-foot warehouse and storage tanks for over 400,000 gallons, alongside truck loading racks and a weigh scale.
Liberty Development, which manages Gulf Inland Logistics Park, confirmed that the full build-out will reach 60,000 square feet and accommodate up to 800,000 gallons of tank capacity.
President Felix Moreno Jr. stated this expansion will help internalize logistics and link seamlessly with their current 20-acre Houston facility.
EGF aims to streamline distribution, cut freight costs, and serve customers faster through integrated rail and road logistics. The Gulf Inland Logistics Park location ensures direct access to key transport corridors.
So, this strategic move allows EGF Energy to boost resilience while expanding its operational flexibility and service coverage.
This investment underscores Houston’s growing status as a national logistics and energy manufacturing hub. EGF’s new site will likely support rising demand across North America.
By aligning infrastructure with market demand, EGF reinforces its leadership in specialized lubricants and industrial fluids.
