Donetsk Railway in April 2021 records an increase in cargo handling
In April 2021, the Donetsk Railway loaded 52.5 thousand wagons, or 3 300 000 tons of cargo of all nomenclature groups.
The average daily load was 110.01 thousand tons, 1750 wagons. This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to the Donetsk Railway.
In April 2021, Ukrzaliznytsia received 35 million UAH of profit
Compared to April 2020, the load of the following nomenclature cargo has increased:
- black coal by 444.58 thousand tons, 157%
- salt by 16.79 thousand tons, 120%
- fertilizers by 26.62 thousand tons, 143%
- fluxes by 11.81 thousand tons, 105%
- others by 460.14 thousand tons, 22.4%
Donetsk railway workers fully fulfill all obligations to their customers and ensure the supply of rolling stock to shippers in a timely manner in accordance with the applications.
