Deutsche Bahn delays ICE trains to defuse WWII bombs

Due to the planned defuse of several World War II bombs in Göttingen there are disruptions expected on Deutsche Bahn regional and intercity connections. This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with a link to the company’s website.

In particular, they are talking about a 60-minute delay of high-speed trains ICE Hamburg-Hanover-Frankfurt and the cancellation of a number of flights on the Berlin-Frankfurt route.
