Delivery of 24 three-car trains for the metro

Titagarh Wagons has secured a contract worth INR 860 crore ($104.4 million) to supply 24 three-car trains for the Surat Metro, according to Railway Supply magazine.

The manufacturer was the only participant in the tender. Titagarh plans to complete the deliveries within 4 years.
