Trans-Caspian route container traffic

In particular, the volumes of container transport through Kazakhstan in the China-Europe-China direction have increased by over 100 times, from 7,600 containers in 2013 to 790,000 containers in 2022.

It is unclear whether the press service of the “Kazakhstan Railways” refers to any type of containers or 20-foot equivalent units (TEUs), as reported by LogiStan.
