Last week, Beacon Rail welcomed another 207E locomotive from Rail Polska as part of a sale and leaseback agreement, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

This 207E locomotive is the 8th out of 10 locomotives to be received, with the final locomotive expected to be delivered by May 2024.

Beacon Rail has signed an agreement for the delivery of 10 more 207E locomotives with Rail Polska, with deliveries commencing next year and concluding in 2027.

This reflects the excellent relationship that has developed over the past 3 years between Beacon and Rail Polska, as well as their mutual commitment to the project. Within the project, Rail Polska will take M62M locomotives and reprofile them for use in the Polish electric traction market.
