European Loc Pool (ELP), a leading provider of locomotive leasing services, and BBL Logistik GmbH have signed a long-term lease agreement for their third EuroDual locomotive, as reported by railway journal Railway Supply, citing European Loc Pool.

BBL Logistik utilizes locomotives on both electrified and non-electrified routes. EuroDual is the third unit ordered from ELP, which will soon join the fleet of the private carrier.

The first locomotive was delivered to the company in December 2021. The second one is scheduled to be delivered in July this year, and the order for the third unit was confirmed in May at the Transport Logistic exhibition in Munich.

BBL Logistik will use the EuroDual locomotive for the transportation of construction materials such as gravel and others.
