American railway manufacturers have secured several contracts in Brazil

Transportation and logistics operator MRS Logística has ordered 560 railcars from Greenbrier, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The deal’s value is undisclosed, and the rolling stock is expected to be delivered by August.
Logistics company VLI has contracted Progress Rail to supply 8 narrow-gauge locomotives SD70ACe-BB.
The locomotive production will be organized at the plant in Sete Lagoas, Brazil, with delivery expected by the end of 2025.
