This highlights the country’s growing role in global agricultural supply.
Central Asia remains the main export destination, receiving 2.5 million tons of grain.
Meanwhile, China received about 1.2 million tons, with processed product deliveries to this country rising by 70%, reaching nearly 500,000 tons.
Kazakhstan is expanding cooperation with China, opening new opportunities for trade.
The volume of rail shipments of rolled steel also showed positive dynamics, increasing by 17.4% to 2.3 million tons.
Exports of rolled steel reached 1.8 million tons, 20% more than the same period last year. These figures underscore Kazakhstan’s ambition to strengthen its position in international markets.
Starting September 20, KTZ plans large-scale grain deliveries, deploying about 12,000 grain wagons, with 6,000 ready for shipment to the Black Sea and Baltic ports.
According to the company’s Managing Director, Bauyrzhan Urinbasarov, this will ensure uninterrupted grain exports in significant volumes.
Currently, Kazakhstan has harvested 10.8 million tons of grain from 7,400 hectares, which accounts for 44% of the total agricultural area.
The average yield is 14.6 centners per hectare, and 1.5 million tons of products have already been delivered to elevators.
These results confirm the successful development of the country’s agricultural sector and its resilience to external challenges.
