The revenues of Kazakhstan’s railway companies increased by a quarter in a year

In the first ten months of 2023, companies operating in the railway sector in Kazakhstan earned 1.4 trillion tenge ($3.044 billion), which is 26.5% or 293 billion tenge ($637 million) more than the previous year, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
Out of this, approximately 1.3 trillion tenge ($2.825 billion) accounts for freight transportation, and around 101 billion tenge ($219 million) for passenger transportation.
