DMZ “Karpaty” is considering the possibility of manufacturing modular houses for migrants

The Ukrainian manufacturer of wagons and containers DMZ Karpaty is exploring the possibility of producing modular houses for IDPs to live in the western region of Ukraine.
It is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply.
“Since our profile includes the production of containers and metal structures, we are considering such a direction as the construction of houses that will be fully equipped for the life of immigrants in the western region. Now we are communicating with many Ukrainian and European partners for the implementation of this project,” the press service of the plant said.
Now the plant is manufacturing railcars and repairing rolling stock.
“We are doing everything in our power to continue working and keep the country’s production front. The economy must work! – noted at the enterprise.
It was also reported here that the quantity of most of the components for the rolling stock will be enough for another 3-6 months.
