Today, human rights activists recognized 11 more people as political prisoners. These are the “rail partisans” Sergei Glebko, Dmitry Ravich, Denis Dikun, Oleg Molchanov, Sergei Konovalov, Sergei Plyashkun, Yuri Selvich, Evgeny Minkevich, Dmitry Klimov, Vladimir Avramtsev, Alexei Shishkovets.
