Czech Republic: Collision of freight trains between Pardubice and Olomouc

The Pardubice Region Fire Service reports a collision between two freight trains near the Česká Třebová station, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The movement of passenger trains continues without disruptions.

On December 3rd at 5:53, the Pardubice Region Fire Department received information about the collision of two freight trains in the Česká Třebová station area. According to preliminary information, two people were injured.
A rescue team from Ústí nad Orlicí and a rescue vehicle from the railway infrastructure management company Správa železnice were dispatched to the scene.
It was confirmed on-site that one person was injured, and rescue personnel provided assistance.
Rail transport in the area is currently halted. Media reports suggest no impact on the operation of passenger trains using alternative routes.
