Concord Control Systems Indian Railways order worth ₹56.58 crore has been awarded for the supply, installation, and commissioning of locomotive wireless control systems, as reported by Construction World. The contract was placed through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls.

In a filing with BSE, Concord said that, with this addition, its total order book now stands at over ₹450 crore.
Advanced Rail Controls and India’s railway safety and signalling ecosystem
Awarded via Advanced Rail Controls, the deal strengthens Concord’s position in India’s railway safety and signalling ecosystem, a trajectory also reflected in coverage such as Railway Supply. Commenting on the development, Gaurav Lath, Joint Managing Director at Concord Control Systems, said the project supports Indian Railways’ modernisation agenda and reflects confidence in the company’s indigenous technology capabilities. He added that Concord remains focused on delivering reliable, safety-critical systems.
Kavach 4.0 Automatic Train Protection and other modernisation work
Alongside locomotive wireless control systems, Concord is also involved in the development of Kavach 4.0 Automatic Train Protection through its investment in Progota India Private Limited.
With the latest contract, Concord says it is reinforcing its role as a technology partner for Indian Railways, supporting the shift toward safer, smarter, and more resilient rail operations nationwide.
