As a result, CMA CGM expects reduced administrative tasks, faster response times, and scalable services across its logistics operations.

CMA CGM has already invested €500 million in AI partnerships with companies like Google and Perplexity, and it co-founded the Kyutai nonprofit research lab in 2023.

The company plans to train up to 3,000 employees annually through its TANGRAM innovation center, ensuring practical deployment and internal upskilling.
