The ship delivered 2,422 tons of rails, significantly advancing the modernization of Moldova’s railway system. Kazakh company “Temirzhol Zhondev” manages work on the railway section from Bender—Basarabeasca—Etulia—Giurgiulesti, spanning 233 kilometers.
This project improves Moldova’s transport connections, which is crucial for the country. The work progresses quickly because materials arrive on time, and construction teams work efficiently.
Earlier, the second shipment of rails from Kazakhstan had already arrived, boosting repair efforts. “Temirzhol Zhondev” plays a key role because the project’s completion will open new opportunities for Moldova’s railway network.
Kazakh partners contribute significantly to the successful completion of the project. The modernization involves not only replacing rails but also fully upgrading railway infrastructure.
Moldova continues making progress in modernizing its transport system because of international support.
