Major investments in new rolling stock significantly improved travel quality, exceeding 11 billion crowns in 2023 alone.
Additionally, plans for the year include purchasing over 100 new units and locomotives.
The passenger transport segment achieved profitability over three years, attracting over 164 million passengers.
The freight segment also saw profits, partly due to expansion into foreign markets.
Effective management and strategic investments not only increased profits but also strengthened České Dráhy’s position in the transportation market.
According to the Czech Ministry of Transport, in response to changing market needs, České Dráhy is committed to improving service quality, introducing modern trains like RegioPanters, RegioFoxy, and ComfortJets, enhancing travel standards for passengers.
