Register for exhibition space by January 6, 2025, to take advantage of InnoTrans early booking special rates. The official registration deadline for InnoTrans is September 19, 2025, but by registering before January 6, 2025, you will benefit from InnoTrans’ special rates! This was reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Booth Registration for InnoTrans 2026

Booth registration is simple thanks to the exhibitor portal. After the initial registration, you can apply for a booth, approve placement proposals, or register co-exhibitors. The exhibitor portal is continually being improved to integrate additional services.

You can transfer preliminary booth registration data to a new project. To do this, go to the “My Orders” section, open the desired application for detailed viewing, and click the “Transfer Data Now” button. Then, simply fill in the remaining mandatory fields. Once completed, save the project or submit the mandatory booth application.
