03.10.2023
Vossloh has entered into a long-term framework agreement with Banedanmark, the Danish state railway infrastructure manager, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.
The company will supply Banedanmark with switches and related spare parts for four years, with an estimated total sales volume of approximately €40 million.

To ensure seamless and efficient delivery of pre-assembled switches to Banedanmark, Vossloh will establish a local production facility covering approximately 3,000 square meters.
This facility will be strategically located near Banedanmark’s concrete sleeper production plant in Fredericia, Denmark.
The proximity of production facilities to Banedanmark’s operations is expected to optimize the supply chain, reducing project lead times and minimizing environmental impact.
According to the agreement’s terms, both parties have included options for extending the agreement for an additional two years.
