ASLEF has declared a series of strikes by train drivers from December 2 to December 9 as part of an ongoing dispute over pay, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

ASLEF has announced a strike by train drivers

In contrast to previous strikes, the walkouts will affect different operators in England each day, with a general ban on overtime work from December 1 to December 9.

The LOG4NRW project has been launched in Germany

The union of train drivers has already organized 14 daily strikes since the beginning of the dispute in the spring of last year.

The latest pay offer, made approximately six months ago, was deemed “laughable” by the union.

The call for a strike comes at a time when a separate dispute involving the RMT could be resolved.

Currently, there is a vote on the latest pay offer, which will conclude on November 30.
