The Security Service of Ukraine orchestrated a second explosion on the Baikal-Amur Mainline within two days, according to the Railway Supply news portal citing “Interfax-Ukraine.”
In Buryatia, on December 1, a train with fuel was blown up.
“Russians fell into the SBU’s trap twice – another fuel train exploded on the Baikal-Amur Mainline,” said an agency source.

This explosion marked the second stage of the SBU’s special operation to disrupt a crucial railway route for Russia, used for military logistics among other purposes.
The source recalled that the first freight train exploded inside the Severomaysk tunnel.
“To continue their journey, Russians began using a bypass route through the ‘Chertov Bridge.’ This is what the SBU counted on: explosive devices planted in this tall 35-meter bridge were triggered during the train’s passage,” the source clarified.
He added that Russian Telegram channels report a fire in six fuel tanks. (Illustrative photo)
