Alstom Launches Talent Energy Program for Students and Graduates in Spain

Alstom has introduced the Talent Energy program for students and graduates in Spain. The initiative offers internships, scholarships, and training to develop skills for sustainable transportation. This was reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
Alstom Develops Innovative Railway Transport Solutions
Alstom plans to hire 16 interns with backgrounds in engineering, management, and digital technologies. They will work at the Signalling and Railway Safety Centre in Madrid and the Santa Perpètua site.

The Talent Energy program includes scholarships for postgraduate studies at Nebrija University in Madrid. Participants will gain practical skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on projects during their studies.
Alstom Expands Production Facilities and Technology Centers
Alstom invests in production and technology facilities in Spain, supporting economic growth and job creation. More than 3,200 employees work across four factories and technology hubs in the country.
The company’s Barcelona facilities manufacture trams, metro trains, and regional rail vehicles. Its factories in the Basque Country produce propulsion systems critical for modern railway technologies.
Alstom Maintains Leadership in Spain’s Transport Industry
One out of three trains operating in Spain has been produced by Alstom, strengthening its reputation. The Talent Energy program prepares participants to lead sustainable mobility and transportation projects globally.
Participants will contribute to national and international projects focused on innovation and sustainable mobility. Applications can be submitted on the official Alstom Talent Energy Spain website.
