Alstom at InnoTrans 2024: Presentation of the Latest Trains and Future Technologies

Alstom is gearing up to showcase its cutting-edge innovations at the InnoTrans 2024 international exhibition, which will take place in Berlin from September 24 to 27, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The primary focus will be on the next-generation high-speed train, the Avelia Horizon.

This exhibit will be the centerpiece of the company’s booth, highlighting Alstom’s achievements in railway technology.
In addition to the flagship exhibit, visitors will have the opportunity to see the partially double-decker Coradia Max electric train, designed for the Lower Saxony Transport Authority (LNVG).
This train was developed by Alstom as part of a tender won in February 2021.
The model combines modern solutions for comfort and capacity, making it a desirable choice for regional routes.
Additionally, the Flexity tram, specifically designed for Berlin, will be displayed in the open-air section.
This model features an extended length and is equipped with an onboard obstacle detection system, significantly enhancing the safety and efficiency of urban transport.
At the Alstom booth, visitors can explore the latest technologies in decarbonizing transport systems, as well as solutions in autonomous driving and predictive maintenance.
