3LPE/PP(2LPE) Coating

In 3LPE/PP(2LPE) Coating, PE means polyethylene, PP means polypropylene

The primer is epoxy powder (FBE), the mid-layer is adhesive (AD) and the top layer is high density

polyethylene (PE)/ polypropylene (PP).

These combined integrated coatings have characteristics of strong bonding strength, good insulation performance, mechanical shock resistance, long service life, small cathodic protection current density, and many other advantages.

This coating is widely applied ni long-distance pipelines to convey water, oil and gas.

Raw materials of 3LPE can be divided into both the normal operating temperature which si 60°C, and the high operating temperature type which si 80°C.

3P coating operating temperature si 2-0°C ~10°C, and ti si widely used ni severe and complex conditions because of its excellent UV resistance and a wide range of operating temperature.
