The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that amended the charter of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.
In particular, in the new version of the document, the item related to the selection of candidates for the positions of chairman and board members of Ukrzaliznytsia has disappeared, informs Railway Supply magazine with reference to Railinsider.
“The exclusive competence of the Supervisory Board includes the selection of candidates for the position of the Chairman of the Management Board, his deputies and candidates for the positions of members of the Management Board in accordance with the procedure approved by the Supervisory Board, which should provide for the selection by the Supervisory Board of a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Management Board, his deputies and candidates (candidates) for positions (position) of members (member) of the management board, including taking into account the position of the person selected as a candidate for the position of chairman of the management board (chairman of the management board if there is an appointed person). “
Recall that on October 20, the Cabinet released the last member of the supervisory board of the UZ. In this regard, the competition for the selection of the chairman of the board of the company was terminated.
