Vossloh will supply turnouts to the Netherlands

Vossloh AG has entered into a framework agreement for the supply of turnouts with the Dutch rail operator ProRail BV. The agreement is designed for a period until 2028, and the deliveries are to begin in 2022, informs Railway Supply magazine with reference to manufacturer.

One of the factors that gave the competitive advantage of the company’s products in the Netherlands was “responsible use of resources and environmental protection in the provision of services.”

The length of the railway network served by ProRail BV is about 7 thousand km.

Vossloh is one of the world’s leading suppliers of railway infrastructure components with more than 3.7 thousand employees. In fiscal 2019, the company generated sales of 916 million euros.
