He clarified that the document provides for the ratification of a framework agreement between the government of Ukraine and the government of the French Republic regarding financial support for the project of supplying rails to Ukrzaliznytsia. The ratification of the agreement will allow attracting funds on favorable terms from the French government, necessary for the supply of rails for the needs of UZ, which arose due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The loan amount does not exceed 37 million 600 thousand euros.
