In less than two weeks, Hupac will launch its first direct flight between Warsaw and Rotterdam. The shuttle train will start its first journey on May 2 with a frequency of two round trips weekly. It will connect the new Hupac terminal in Brwinow near Warsaw to Rotterdam CLdN, Railway Supply reports citing RailFreight.

Hupac notes that from Rotterdam it provides a smooth connection to the UK, Ireland and Portugal, as well as in the opposite direction. “Quick transit time, quality and smooth direct connection to vessels for the UK, Ireland and Portugal are focal points for the new service”, the operator says.

Hupac opened its terminal in Brwinow, near Warsaw in Poland, on September 7 last year. A few weeks later, the first trains began to depart and arrive at the new facility. It currently operates flights to Poznan (Poland), Duisburg (Germany) and Antwerp (Belgium) in Europe.
