In the morning of March 29, around 05:30, residents of Melitopol were woken up by powerful explosions in the northern part of the city. The preliminary hit was in the substation of the locomotive depot. This was reported by Railway Supply magazine, citing Rail.insider.

It is noted that there were about 10 hits. People in the vicinity of the airfield saw a glow of light. According to preliminary information, the hit was at the locomotive depot substation. The occupants in their sources confirm the damage and destruction, but there are allegedly no casualties.

However, the townspeople report that there were several locations. Residents of Yurovka report that they lost power after the attack. Houses near the railway, in Semenovka, Tambovets and other villages were depowered.

The occupiers no longer deny that it is not their air defence system that is working, but the AFU strikes.
